Those who don’t know Frank Turner – which we highly doubt such people even exist – are definitely missing out on some good quality folk, punk, indie, acoustic, alternative music. Because Frank Turner isn’t simply a name on a compact disk or iTunes playlist – it is a milestone in the development of modern sound creation.

Born in Manama, Frank Turner probably didn’t think at that time what kind of success the legendary Sleep Is for the Week album will have. But talent is a unique gift and just a couple of years later a new creation called Love Ire & Song appears and is being absolutely loved by the admirers from all over the world.

Soon after the official release of Love Ire & Song a massive crowd turned out at a Southside 2009, Day 3, Red Stage (2009-06-21) concert which was a truly noticeable even in the folk, punk, indie, acoustic, alternative music history. The next Southside 2010, Day 3, Blue Stage (2010-06-20) featured hits from albums Sleep Is for the Week, Love Ire & Song and even a newly released Poetry of the Deed.
